The website design had to be created from A to Z, and after this initial step, it had to be popularised. The most important deliverables were : 

• Website creation on Wordpress 
• Integration of a secure online payment platform (Stripe)
• SEO optimisation 
• Digital marketing - Google, Facebook, Instagram Ads + X (twitter) 

The team managed to capture the specificity of my subject and translated it into a very elegant, user-friendly and visually pleasing website that fully reflects my image and vision.

The team works efficiently and guides me through the whole process. They followed my instructions and responded to my requests in an effective and concise way, providing me with all necessary information. The website was ready fairly quickly, despite my busy schedule and we were able to start optimising and working on the digital marketing. The team was very professional and helped me every step of the way. I am very pleased with the visual and the site itself is easy to use. It is very well received and since we're still in the beginning, I cannot wait to see its future development.

The project management was excellent. I have one point of contact but also regular meetings with all team members involved at every single stage. My requests were responded swiftly and all agreed follow up actions were delivered within the agreed timelines. The team provided response and help to all my requests.

The main reason I chose the company is because from the very start, the designers and team involved were genuinely interested in my subject of Numerology, which made it even easier for them to create the website and make my vision reality. I believe that they were inspired and knew exactly how the website should feel to people who do not necessarily know much about Numerology. I was very impressed because when the website was ready, it exceeded my expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AGMA Studio could have done differently?

At this point I am very pleased with the services they provided and are still providing and in that sense I don't have anything to add in this section.

Our comapny briefed 3 Dev studios and the proposal from AGMA was far better both technically and financially that the other offers we received. We found all the briefed companies via internet.

After receiving the offer and proposal by AGMA, we arranged a meeting and very soon after it we received their first design proposal. After short and very productive discussion we agreed upon the design and they started working on the wireframe. Very soon after we confirmed the wireframe, AGMA started developing the web site and the results were even better than our expectations. It was pixel perfect execution.

I am the PR Expert for a nonprofit organization. We specialize in support for refugees and asylum seekers in Bulgaria, during the process of their adaptation and integration into Bulgarian society.

Our website was outdated and we needed a new design, optimization and new language versions. With the help of AGMA Studio we were hoping to get a new image for our organization and be able to better display all the information about the services we provide to our beneficiaries and partners.

We scoped for web developers in our area and we found quite a number. Our criteria were timing, quality and price of the end product, as well as the personal contact, which we had experienced with each candidate during the meetings. AGMA Studio met all of our criteria, but what really helped us choose their team was the personal connection we have managed to establish, as they completely understood our concept, goals and vision.

It really didn't take much for AGMA Studio to understand our goals completely. They were very quick to design, program and launch our new site. In the meantime they kept our old site operating, while migrating all the information from it to the new one. They quickly created the remaining language versions, integrated all the required tools, and even took the time to record video tutorials for our team, so we can update our new site with more information.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are absolutely in love with our new website and it met all of our requirements, especially in terms of public image, easy access to information for users and even fundraising, which they have created a a page for. It's functional, user friendly and absolutely beautiful.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was always easy to reach out to, quick to understand every assignment and even quicker to pass new information to the designer, who was punctual and fast in the execution of the tasks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive part to us was the speed in which they managed to finish the entire project. The initial delay they gave us was 3 months, but the website was done in about 20 days, with minor details which were left to be cleared up and fixed. We later decided to keep working with them and they have developed new language versions and integrated tools on our website, which extended the overall delay of the project.

AGMA Studio has a top-notch team of experts, and we were completely satisfied with our work together and the results. We keep relying on the same team for support and for the new ideas we have, concerning the website.

Overall we`re happy with the website. The project was done in a short period of time and without delays.

Their project management style is impeccable. We helped each other through all the time. We communicated most of the time through emails and often had face-to-face meetings to see how things were going. Overall, we are super happy with our work together. This is also the reason why the re-design of the website is also done by Agma studio.

A while ago we would have said they needed to expand their team. Now they`re developing quite quickly and there are many professionals in their team.
