RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We connected all the major stages of the project to trackable milestones using a ticket system. This way we were able to assign tasks and sub-tasks to workers and track their progress solving issues efficiently along the way. Hitting these major stages within the timeframes and testing how 'usable' the product was, was how we tracked whether we were successful or not at achieving that particular milestone.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Agilno has responded very well to our needs. Many items were delivered on time, a few were not and I feel this was an issue on both sides. This normally only happened when they were expecting us to deliver a final UI that they could implement and use but this is not always easy when building a product like this because sometimes an early version needs to be implemented, tested then re-worked.

On the odd occasion, their also seemed to be a slight lack of knowledge/confidence for certain aspects of a dev work where they said they could do what was asked but in reality it turned out more complicated than they anticipated and in a couple of examples wasn't executed at all.

Their level of organisation to project structure and laying out the milestones to achieve the best success.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Agilno could have done differently?

Better communication when things are not working.
Better leadership, I hired them to build a product and sometimes I felt I was having to solve dev issues, which is not my area of expertise at all.
More experienced Dev's: There were things we were asking of them for this project that they seemed to have very little idea of how to build within their current team, so they need to expand their knowledge base with the hiring of better/more experienced devs.
