Founded in 2025 and incorporated in British Columbia in 2026, AGIAM AI was built on a simple conviction: AI creates value when implementation is designed around the people who will use it. Most organizations do not need a six-figure consulting engagement to figure out how their employees should use AI. They need a practical readiness assessment, workable governance, role-based training, and honest measurement of whether the investment is paying off.

The founding team brings more than 35 years of combined experience in enterprise change management, transformation delivery, AI automation and public-sector governance, including large-scale Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption programs in higher education and public safety.
