Google Ads campaigns generated spend without conversions and did not achieve the agreed ROAS.

However, beyond the initial sales presentation, we did not experience any distinctive strengths, innovative approaches, or execution quality that stood out during the actual delivery of the project. Despite payments made, no contractual guarantees were achieved, and a refund request based on those guarantees was refused.
