AFKzona Group

AFKzona Group is a software company in Kretinga, Lithuania, working with companies across Europe. We design and build business systems (CRM, ERP, booking, property management), connect the tools a company already uses so data stops being retyped, and put AI agents to work on routine processes, with people approving the key steps and every action logged.

We also run code reviews and technical due diligence, build websites, and rebuild legacy systems while the business keeps running.

Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed price. A change gets a written change note with its own price and date, so nothing is billed that you did not approve. A senior engineer reviews every change, tests run against a real database, and the code, repository and every access belong to you from the first commit.

Our own products show the work:

• Statum: a property management platform for housing associations, rentals, commercial property and developments (216 pages, 955 API endpoints, 276 database tables).
• Parallax: drone detection that fuses 20 sensors on three masts and raises an alert only for the drone nothing else explains.
• Keliox: an AI assistant that answers website visitors from the site's own content and hands conversations to a person when needed.
• TwinCortex: an AI twin for Mac that learns its owner's rules and keeps them.

Starting prices are public: code review from EUR 1,500, websites from EUR 2,500, technical due diligence from EUR 2,500, integrations from EUR 3,500, AI agents from EUR 6,000, business systems from EUR 12,000.
