I’m an executive at the Opera Verace Foundation. We use technology, education, and grants to make opera accessible to all. We offer free virtual performances, support emerging talent, and promote productions that honor the art form’s traditions while engaging new audiences.

We needed help creating a virtual online AR opera experience.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AESTAR worked with me on the design, implementation, and testing of an online virtual opera house. The team handled both the creative and technical development of the platform.

We worked with two teammates from AESTAR.

Someone referred AESTAR to us. We chose them because they had unique expertise in AR and VR technologies.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–July 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had a high degree of success in terms of implementation, and the platform met all our requirements. Although we haven’t deployed it yet, all the testing was successful. We also received very positive feedback from our clients.

How did AESTAR perform from a project management standpoint?

AESTAR’s project management was fantastic. The team was professional, communicative, and accountable. We mainly communicated via video calls and Slack. Moreover, they delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

AESTAR’s professional management, high degree of innovation, and technical expertise were impressive. The team was also very easy to talk to, friendly, and thorough. Overall, they did more than we expected.

I can’t think of anything for AESTAR to improve.
