Overall it was a pleasure to work with Shehroze and his team at Aegasis Labs. Considering the scope of the project and the fact I, as a client needed a professional, clear and consise understanding at each stage, it was delivered and explained via video calls in a way I understood. Response time was fine and itmes delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

One of the most impressive aspects of this company is their deep understanding of the business goals and how they seamlessly translated those into the technical architecture of the SaaS platform. Their ability to deliver a custom-built solution from scratch while staying agile and responsive to feedback truly set them apart.

Not only did they create a robust and scalable system, but they also demonstrated a unique balance between innovation and practical implementation, ensuring that the platform remains user-friendly while being feature-rich. Their commitment to clear communication and collaboration throughout the project was exceptional, fostering a sense of partnership that made the development process smooth and efficient.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Aegasis Labs could have done differently?

One area for potential improvement could be in streamlining communication to ensure more timely updates and responses. Although in Shehrozes's favour he was having to travel abroad during the project and still maintained contact.

That said, it's clear that Aegasis Labs is committed to delivering high-quality results, and their dedication to ensuring client satisfaction was always evident throughout the project. With minor adjustments in this area, I believe they will enhance the overall client experience even further.

For what projects/services did your company hire Aegasis Labs?

We brought in Aegasis Labs to help building our machine learning pipelines and algorithms for measuring performance analytics for golfers

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose the vendor through referrals from our recruiting partners. Their prior expertise building ML pipelines was a key factor for choosing them.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

First, we had a series of discovery sessions with our team of data scientists understanding how to implement the alorithms in a functionally correct way. Aegasis then used a modern data platoform namely ClickHouse, AWS Step Functions and advanced AI libraries from Python to implement our algorithms. Worked with the entire design, delivery, QA and product teams to create an automated delivery mechanism to deliver the pipelines to production.

We had the main consultant work with us as a technical resource.

The team successfully built 2 of the 5 deeper analysis and algorithms modules in our pipeline and delivered to production.

Aegasis team worked very closely with our engineers, participating regularly in zoom and slack huddles.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team had a strong background and expertise to suggest a better way of improving our solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had originally anticipated Aegasis to provide functionality that could offer processing on a global basis and due to time constraints and other priorities, we could never get to getting that done.

We needed their expertise in AI and software development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had to address the challenge of migrating our AI technology to a cloud-based solution that runs on AWS. Aegasis Labs came into the picture to fulfill our needs by developing our new backend AWS infrastructure from the ground up. Additionally, they also conducted API integration.
