We just wished they pushed this extra service a bit more knowing every client should be empowered by their own data! 
This could involve implementing regular reporting and updates on key metrics and findings, as well as providing training and support for our employees to better understand and utilize data-driven insights in our decision-making processes. Note - knowing our folly, we’re currently in discussions to implement this with Aegas

We were able to turn our world-first product and vision into a reality with the Aegas team. From start to finish, the team had fantastic project management which allowed the process of executing the deliverables an overall great experience and outcome. We developed a strong product, a fully operable website with a great user experience as well as a fully developed platform and smart contract.

We mainly used Jira and Slack for effective project management with the team. Along with multiple weekly meetings when needed to continue developing and revising every part of the project efficiently. The team had overall great project management and focus during their entire work process.

From the excellent standards of work to having the pleasure of some of the best project management we've seen, Aegas was a clear leader in their field. The collective talents of the whole team were at an impressive standard. We have complete confidence in recommending them and would not hesitate to work with them again and again.

Other than the usual developmental challenges and revisions you would expect from the project at hand, we have had no constructive feedback, the team were fantastic to work with.

We used whatsapp for everyday comunication. We could write or call at anytime on a daily basis. When we needed to impliment a specific features, we discussed it, and in less than 24h, we received an offer with price and time. They were always on-time with deliveries and they also accepted to wait us when we had delay on our side. Very professional….

In 2021, it is mendatory to work with everyday tools like social media and phone not to bother with emails. This was a key factor to gain a lot of time. Also they were verry much into details and we really liked the fact they were not pushing us when we were late with something…

Aegas has been recommend to us by another software company in Switzerland. Instead of a complex and long evaluation phase, we prefered to directly go for a commun proof of concept: We asked Aegas to implement a small, but demanding project in the field of augmented reality and were satisfied with the results delivered.

One of our recent projects together included participation of 2 development teams from Intersys and Aegas development team. It was an interesting international experience for everybody, as there were people from Switzerland, Germany and Ukraine working together. The project was a complex custom web application gathering and aggregating real time data and providing possibilities to store and work with the data conveniently through a web interface.

Aegas provided Backend development services with Java / Spring stack and Frontend services with Angular stack. Aegas also provided web application UI design services. Their team was curated by a delivery manager integrated into the team. We used SCRUM project development methodology, Aegas was actively involved in the development process and SCRUM events. At a certain point of the project Aegas delivery manager fulfilled the role of SCRUM master for our teams as well.

Aegas team was always available in case something needed to be done, they were online late and on weekends and vacations in case of urgency.

We regularly communicate in Microsoft Teams, before that we used Slack for communication.

Initially, Aegas was engaged to redo our website. Within scope and under budget, Aegas rapidly delivered a custom built site with creative interfaces, robust media and content features, as well as standard and unique analytic tools.

With the remaining budget, they integrated a trip planning tool for boosting client leads through user experience optimization. Currently they are under a new contract which is integrating a custom built CRM/ERP tool which acts as a support suite for AWJ's full lifecycle of business processes (marketing, sales, operations, system adminstration).

We were introduced to Aegas by a mutual contact.  The deciding factor was based in trust in this contact reference and agreement to continue engagement was benchmarked on small deliverables if once completed to satisfaction.

AWJ approached Aegas to initially revise our website. Aegas designed the UI of a website from scratch and directed the development process from the user flows to the designs’ execution. Aegas provided ideas and solutions that generate a significant amount of increase in website traffic and enhanced user engagement.

The Aegas team led and managed the entire project lifecycle and understood the requirements and objectives quickly to develop appropriate workflow.

My interaction has been almost entirely been with the Project Manager, Lidiya and occassionally with the executive leadership to ensure things are going well on the project.

I’ve already seen tangible results. The website has a better user experience and after using the different tools they integrated into my ability to monitor and track website traffic which has improved by over 1000% from what it was initially.

Furthermore, the trip planning tool they incorporated into the website has generated at least half a dozen new client prospects for new clients, trips combined are currently valued at more than $150,000!

Their speed under pressure stood out. Launching a token bridge and full dApp system in days is rare. They combined smart contract work, DevOps, UI/UX, and frontend flawlessly. The email-based wallet for non-tech users and provable-random lotteries showed creative thinking. They made Web3 feel accessible.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Aegas could have done differently?

This project had no real issues. If anything, Aegas could offer even more proactive roadmap suggestions early on — like preparing Stargate-compatible modules in anticipation of its availability. Otherwise, execution was flawless.
