For what projects/services did your company hire ADWIVO, and what were your goals?

We hired Adwivo because our advisors from BullPerks connected us with them to assist with the branding and website development.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose Adwivo because they already knew what we needed, because they had experience creating similar startups. That was the main factor. But no less important was the style of their work, which was very professional and positive.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

They started with the branding and pitch deck for our investors. Showed us 3 options before we settled on one of them. Then they started creating a landing page and a dedicated site for our platform.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We were communicating closely with the CEO and the project manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since we had no experience in creating similar projects, the Adwivo team helped us a lot with advice. Thanks to them, we have a solid product which we are going to launch very soon!

We communicated via Telegram, had a few calls on Zoom. We used Google docs to transfer documents and materials.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their experience. They had several similar projects in their portfolio. So the team knew exactly what they were doing and what our users needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We continue working with Adwivo and we are constantly improving our product. We hope to gain more experience with this type of business from working with them.

I’m a managing partner in c-Fund, an agnostic venture firm in the Blockchain industry.

We wanted to bring in experts in design and code to develop our site and branding. An article by Adwivo popped up during our search and after further research about the company we were impressed with its management’s experience with various blockchain projects.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We reached out to Adwivo based on their experience in our industry and settled on the company after our first call with its management left us with more answers than questions

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We had given Adwivo as much information as we could during our first conference call to communicate how we wanted to be perceived. The designers also requested links to existing websites which we liked in any industry to see what colors, fonts and overall design we prefer.

They created a roadmap detailing each step of the project and how much time it would take. They quickly made adjustments when we had them but we didn’t stray too much from what they originally proposed us

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with an account manager who kept us up-to-date about our project every day, a project manager with whom overall we had 4 calls to work on various parts of our site and logo and the CEO joined the last call to provide us with relevant feedback about the market and our project’s value.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their team’s attention to detail has been impeccable and even in the most basic concepts a lot of thought was given by the designers. What we received was a fantastic result done in a cost-efficient way without compromising the quality.

Working with them felt like a partnership as they were consistently motivated to make the end result better.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our team uses Facebook for communication and we used it and emails to speak to the Adwivo team. We had 4 Zoom calls with the Project Manager. Our calls were short and precise and Adwivo team had delivered the results we were hoping for.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their expertise and knowledge of similar products helped us immensely to establish ourselves online. We have extended our cooperation by offering a consulting role for Constantin from the Adwivo team. Their customer service was exceptional and we never had to wonder what stage our project was in.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was a slight language barrier with the Project Manager, luckily the account manager was methodical and joined each of our calls to ensure that no miscommunication would occur between us.
