For what projects/services did your company hire Advertlance, and what were your goals?

Advertlance took the lead in creating the frontend and backend of the WeFely application. Wouldn't hesitate to choose Advertlance over every other competitor in the field.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

This is going to be a long list. The company itself is so transparent with all that goes on at the highest levels of the organization. Which was the key point of selecting them for our project.

Our company is working with multiple vendors for more than 5 years. The communication and timelines with the Advertlance were always very clear and direct. Being remote support, wasting time in communications or deliverables is horrible, luckily with Advertlance, we didn't experience any delays or misunderstandings.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There was a whole that was introduced and has been working with me on the project. There was a project manager, who was the point of contact all the time. Moreover, there was a team lead for developers who has two developers; front-end and backend. I was in touch with every single one of them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The application was successfully launched on the time, thanks to Adverlance's skills and efficiency. They excelled at helping spell out new specifications and communicated well, even with non-technical internal teams. This results in a great and an easy to use for our customers.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The team of Advertlance is easy to communicate. They have spelled out the things very nicely to me and my team. They were fantastic and always willing to help.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are extremely impressed with their architecture and coding practice. They lead daily reporting to keep us updated, which is the major relief while working with a remote company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It's been a while since I'm working with Advertlance, we have built some good terms now. It's difficult to say about their cons as we have always communicated if there was anything and they assured us to resolve it, which they did. So technically, the cons which they use to have earlier are no longer there.
