What challenge were you trying to address with Adravity Digital Agency?

Our website was already created, so we hired Adravity Digital Agency to help us manage it. We also needed help managing our social media.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Adravity Digital Agency was hired to help us post pictures of our items on our website, including new items for the fall or summer. They were also tasked with managing posts on our social media. They were also supposed to post pictures of our products along with their prices on our Facebook and Instagram profiles.

What is the team composition?

I worked with one representative whom I thought was the owner.

How did you come to work with Adravity Digital Agency?

I did some research and found Adravity Digital Agency on Instagram. I talked to the representative through WhatsApp, which is why I thought he was the owner. They had a good offer and it looked like they had their act together.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent $300 for three months of service. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started our relationship in January 2021. I paid for three months of their services.

How did Adravity Digital Agency address the challenges that arose?

I didn’t get the three months of services from Adravity Digital Agency that I paid for — everything was a hassle. I tried to explain that to them. However, I didn’t get a response back. I had to threaten them with the Better Business Bureau, but I didn’t go through it.

They were supposed to manage my website and maintain my social media, which they didn’t. Despite that, users have said they find the site appealing.

How was project management handled?

Adravity Digital Agency didn’t have the communication that I was expecting. We mainly communicated through WhatsApp or email. However, I wasn’t able to get in contact with any representative on the phone to have them do the promised work, and when I was able to, it was a hassle.

Is there anything that the vendor did well or that you would consider a strength?

Adravity Digital Agency posted the pictures we requested on our website. However, if you go on our social media, you’ll find the same clothing at a different price, which doesn’t look good for us.

In what specific areas can they improve?

The communication could have been better. Adravity Digital Agency could’ve been more accessible to me by reaching out by phone instead of email. Sometimes, it could be a hassle for a customer to communicate through email.

Any advice for potential customers?

I wouldn’t suggest Adravity Digital Agency to anybody else.

I needed someone to develop my company’s website.

Adravity Digital Agency designed and developed my website from scratch using the content, images, and text I provided. They’ve already launched the site, but the development is ongoing. I’ve also contracted them to maintain the website.

I’m working with two people.

I saw them on social media. I was looking for someone who builds websites and I went with them. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2020, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I have only seen a preview of the site, but due to my busy schedule, I haven’t really checked it. 

How did Adravity Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via email, and they are good at project management. They work with me even though I am busy with my company’s grand opening and relocating. They accommodate me and just wait until I send the content they need. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I can’t compare them with another service provider. However, I appreciate that they aren’t rushing me and gave me my time. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They work in a different time zone, and when I try to get a hold of someone, it takes 1–2 days to hear back from them or see changes. I wish we have more one-on-one meetings set at a certain time and date, so we can verbally discuss the project. I want to work on the website by myself now, since I don’t really like what they built.

Communication is really important.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Timeframe's was quite long , and final product was not as expected. Decent response times from the team after I followed up was appreciated .

Communication was timely via email , sometimes I had to follow up though.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about them is their ability to get the job done fully remotely.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Be more effective with capturing the vision
