 Overview:

A debt collection dashboard is like your mission control center for debt recovery. Besides showing you a list of outstanding debts, it provides you with a dynamic view of your entire collection process.

The application was launched successfully and has received positive feedback. The client was very satisfied with it and gave us 2–3 more projects following that. 

Adorebits is very cooperative. They do good work and are very flexible. We do the QA from our end and whenever something comes up, their team is able to complete it.

How did Adorebits Technology perform from a project management standpoint?

They are able to complete the projects according to the timelines. If we need them to work more hours, they will do it without any arguments in order to complete the project by the deadline. Adorebits has really shown their professionalism.

We share the project requirements with Adorebits’ senior developers over the phone and they’re able to understand it. Our end client uses Asana so we’ve added them as our own developers, which makes it very easy to communicate. When they need to reach out to us regarding the status of the tasks, they would just do so over Asana, and we would get a notification. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The main thing is their flexibility and professionalism. Our client is based in the US so there have been many times where I’ve had to speak with Adorebits late at night. They pick up the phone without any hesitation, provide me with professional answers, and work quickly. They are very good.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not at this time. They have performed very well and are always improving themselves.

We definitely recommend them if you have clients that you cannot service yourself due to time constraints or financial reasons. Adorebits will be able to take care of that for you.

Each ad will have the specific ad number and the client name who posted that ad on the platform. The advertisement can be used through the adver-tisement number, the member’s word, or from the first letter of the advertisement. The customer can modify it at any time from the advertisement modification feature. The customer can delete the ad.

The advertiser or browser can send an advertisement on social media. The users will be able to follow-up feature for responses to the advertisement. The users will be able to view similar ads under the advertisement on the platform.

The platform will allow users to connect with each other. The users can send mes-sages to each other. The user profiles will be maintained on the platform. The application will allow users to follow each other on the platform. The members' properties for some of them af-ter the undertaking are a commodity for those who have a relationship. The customer can be activated through text messages.

I’m the founder and CEO of Ray PTE LTD, a networking company. We have a line of products like routers, gateways, and others.

What challenge were you trying to address with Adorebits Technology?

We try to outsource components that aren’t core to our product and where we don’t hold expertise, like mobile app development, HTML, design, and content. That allows our small team to focus on what we’re good at, which is networking. 

An earlier version of a mobile app was already developed. Then, during COVID-19, we couldn’t update that version. We were continuing to develop our web version but not the mobile version. Once that reached a certain level of maturity, we reached out to Adorebits Technology for mobile app development services. We needed someone who could look at the old code and build it up from that point onward.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Adorebits Technology developed a Flutter-based mobile app for both iOS and Android. The app has a very specific purpose: it’s used by our customers, who are usually IT admins and want to manage their network on the go. This means they don’t have to open their laptop and log in.

Most of our wireframing had already been completed based on the earlier version that was developed, so the team was set in that regard. However, they needed to develop new screens based on those wireframes, and without disrupting the old code. The development phase of the engagement is finished. Now, we’re moving into an ongoing support phase.

What is the team composition?

There is one Android developer and one senior iOS developer. I don’t know if anyone else works with them.

How did you come to work with Adorebits Technology?

There’s a community group on Telegram that has a list of all the IT companies that are present in my area. I posted our requirements, and they were one of the first to respond. They took a call on the weekend and built my confidence that they’d be able to do this project. They even offered a trial period to see how it went. 

How much have you invested with them?

We have invested around $4,000–$5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2020, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Adorebits Technology was able to build out new screens without disrupting the old code, and they did so in a very short timeframe. We’ve received very positive feedback from all the customers who have tried the app. Our customers are very happy to have a mobile platform that they can use. The app has been live for less than a month, and not too many bugs have been reported.

How did Adorebits Technology perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is pretty good. Adorebits Technology was given access to our Jira board, which we use for all of our management and bugs. When an issue arises, we immediately reach out to them via Skype, and they make the necessary changes.

I talk to the team quite often; we have daily scrum calls at the same time every day. It’s a 10-minute Skype call that helps everyone get in sync for the goals of the day. They’re quite responsive and have met the set deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about them?

When our requirements weren’t solid, they were never rigid. As a team, they’re very flexible, transparent, and engaged, and we’re confident in them — we always know what’s happening. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their weekly meetings are fine. However, I’m sure that as they grow their team, they’ll have multiple levels of reporting. Right now, that isn't required for us, but a bigger company may want that. This team is very simple in their approach which is what we prefer. They will mature in this as they grow.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They have a flawless team. They’re very responsive and nice people. I’d definitely reach out to them if you need a development team. They’ll be very flexible and transparent with the contract as well. If your project is free-flowing and isn’t too constrained, they’re affordable.
