Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the director of Jainam Gold LLP. We are a gold manufacturer.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Adinath Solution?

We were looking to build an e-commerce platform.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started with a small app first. We then gave them all of our requirements like having a cart, favorites, and a place where we can track customer details. We had some problems and customers could not place orders easily, so we introduced a custom order. Customers can click the photo of any of the jewelry they require and place the order and the customers are very happy with that. They also introduced a website.

What is the team composition?

There were 3–4 people including one designer, two coders, and the owner of the company.

How did you come to work with Adinath Solution?

We are in B2B which is different. We called 2–3 vendors and we decided to select Adinath Solution.

How much have you invested in them?

It was approximately $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from Oct. 2018–June 2019. The work took 6–8 months.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It was very good. They made any changes that we required instantly. Their testing team is also very good so whatever we found that we didn’t like, they helped us very quickly.

The response from the customers has been good. They have commented that it is very user friendly and as a B2B, it is something different.

How did Adinath Solution perform from a project management standpoint?

We mostly communicated through phone and email. We could contact them 24/7 and they would help us. The work was done within the deadlines. Testing was a little delayed but that was due to our side because we weren’t free at that time and we didn’t give them feedback.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were always excited about our products and they asked us for many details.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing like that.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Get all the project details first so that it will be done on time.
