The engagement was a complete custom software development project structured across five phases over a 16-week timeline. The focus was on architecting, developing, and deploying a secure, responsive, and highly scalable software platform. Detailed Summary of Key Deliverables

Phase 1 – Discovery, UX/UI Design & Wireframing (Weeks 1–3) Technical workshops mapping user personas, user stories, and system architecture diagrams High-fidelity wireframes, interactive UI/UX prototypes, and brand style guidelines

Phase 2 – Database Engineering & Backend Development (Weeks 3–7) Scalable relational database schema (PostgreSQL) Secure, well-documented RESTful or GraphQL APIs Core application logic and data-flow management

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Post-launch results showed a PageSpeed score of 94 on mobile and 97 on desktop, with average API response times of 145–160 ms under peak load. The platform successfully handled more than 12,000 concurrent users in load testing with no performance degradation. Full role-based access control and multi-factor authentication were implemented, along with confirmed alignment to data-privacy requirements. Internal operational efficiency metrics improved by 34 percent, and the final penetration test left zero critical security findings.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was conducted through a shared Jira board with two-week sprints, daily stand-ups, and a dedicated Slack channel.Weekly demos were recorded and mapped directly to acceptance criteria. Communication was precise, technically detailed, and free of unnecessary overhead.

Yes, they delivered on time. All five phases were completed on the agreed 16-week schedule.

They responded clearly and consistently to our needs through the established channels, providing regular technical updates and aligning on progress during the weekly demos.

What was your primary form of communication with AddWeb Solution?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive and unique aspect was their disciplined approach to performance and security from the first sprint. Performance budgets, concurrent-load targets, and security controls were treated as core requirements rather than late-stage additions.

This kept the platform stable at launch and throughout the hypercare period.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AddWeb Solution could have done differently?

One area that could have been slightly stronger was the early visibility into third-party integration timelines.

While all integrations were completed successfully and on schedule, providing a more detailed dependency map and potential risk buffer for external services (such as payment gateways and CRM connections) during the discovery phase would have given us even tighter internal planning certainty.

Apart from that point, the overall technical delivery, communication, and timeline performance remained strong.

How many teammates from AddWeb Solution were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of work covered five distinct architectural layers. This included auditing data sources, establishing cleaning filters, and building automated pipelines to split, embed, and map documents into a vector store such as Pinecone or pgvector. It also involved orchestrating API routing to proprietary or open-source large language models, implementing semantic search protocols, and adding guardrails to prevent data leaks. Backend microservices were developed in Python, Node.js, or Laravel to connect the AI engine with our internal business applications. A streaming chat interface was built using Next.js or React to deliver real-time message feeds to users. Finally, continuous tracking pipelines were set up to log AI behavior, monitor token costs, and enforce role-based access controls for security and compliance.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project successfully delivered a secure RAG conversational engine that integrates with our existing web applications, ingests internal company documentation, and provides zero-hallucination contextual replies in real time, fully meeting the core objectives within the planned 10–14 week timeline and budget range.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

AddWeb Solution followed the agreed 10-to-14-week timeline, progressing through discovery and data readiness, vector database and RAG architecture, full-stack integration, quality assurance and security testing, and final production deployment. Items were delivered according to the planned schedule, and the team aligned their work to the defined scope and our requirements throughout the engagement.

What was your primary form of communication with AddWeb Solution?

Virtual Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was AddWeb Solution’s ability to deliver a secure Retrieval-Augmented Generation engine that fully integrated with our existing WordPress, Drupal, and Laravel environments while maintaining strict zero-hallucination responses drawn only from our internal documentation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AddWeb Solution could have done differently?

Not at all.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

39 % increase in overall operational efficiency
Average time-to-market for client feature releases reduced from 18 days to 7 days
AI customer-service agents autonomously resolved 68 % of Tier-1 queries
Inventory-related stockouts decreased by 44 %
Proactive code-audit agents identified critical issues an average of 11 days earlier than the previous manual process
Model hallucination rate held below 4 % under continuous MLOps monitoring

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was conducted via a shared Jira board running two-week sprints, brief daily stand-ups, and a dedicated Slack workspace. Weekly technical demos were recorded and linked directly to acceptance criteria. Communication remained precise, technically detailed, and free of unnecessary overhead.

On-time delivery

Yes. All phases were completed on the agreed six-month schedule with clear milestone visibility. There was no schedule slippage.

Response to needs

They responded in a clear and structured manner. Updates and technical discussions took place through the established channels (Jira and Slack), and weekly demos provided regular opportunities to align on progress and requirements.

What was your primary form of communication with AddWeb Solution?

Virtual Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive and unique aspect was the early integration of production-grade MLOps.

Hallucination and data-drift monitoring were designed into the architecture from Month 2 rather than added later. This substantially lowered risk at the global rollout stage and demonstrated a strong focus on long-term reliability from the beginning of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AddWeb Solution could have done differently?

One area that could have been handled slightly differently was the management of variable API-token costs during the fine-tuning stage.

While the additional usage was clearly communicated and approved in advance, and the final cost remained inside the overall projected range, providing a more detailed token-usage forecast and spending alerts earlier in Phase 2 would have given us tighter visibility and reduced the need for a mid-project budget discussion.

Apart from that point, the overall delivery, technical quality, and timeline performance remained strong.

Their team developed a sophisticated chat assistant that now handles a high volume of our most common novated lease queries, covering everything from FBT exemptions and running costs to the specifics of "what's included" and the rules on used vs. new cars. This has tangibly reduced the load on our phone team and significantly accelerated our "get a quote" funnel by pre-qualifying requests before they reach our team .

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The chatbot successfully resolved a significant percentage of inquiries without human intervention, measurably reducing the volume of calls to our 1300 number. This freed up our phone team to focus on more complex, high-value conversations.

By automatically pre-qualifying quote requests, the AI assistant has streamlined our "get a quote" funnel. We have seen a noticeable reduction in the time it takes for a qualified lead to move from initial inquiry to booked consultation, removing a major friction point from the process.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We greatly appreciated how they kept us updated at every stage, providing proactive suggestions rather than just executing tasks. Their structured workflow and proactive milestone tracking meant there were no surprises, making the entire collaboration smooth and stress-free.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AddWeb Solution could have done differently?

The overall experience was highly collaborative and professional. They brought ideas to the table, pushed back constructively when needed, and treated this as a true partnership rather than a transactional engagement.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

• Design and build an intelligent engine capable of ingesting aquaculture data and generating contextual, data-driven recommendations across multiple operational domains.
• Develop algorithms that analyze fish behavior, growth stage, water conditions, and historical feeding data to recommend optimal feeding times, frequencies, and quantities — reducing waste and improving feed conversion ratios.

• Develop a predictive maintenance layer that monitors equipment performance data and flags maintenance priorities before failures occur, reducing downtime and operational risk.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcomes from this engagement have been both practical and strategic. On the operational side, we saw improvements in feed efficiency, faster response to oxygen fluctuations, and a meaningful reduction in unplanned equipment downtime. On the business side, the AI engine strengthened the value proposition of our platform, giving our clients data-backed confidence in decisions that previously relied on experience alone. Perhaps most importantly, it shifted farm operations from reactive to proactive, and that cultural shift is where the real long-term value lives.
