We needed a third-party software developer who could help us optimize our internal systems.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Addendum helped us recruit developers for our projects. They worked on our internal CRM, which manages our client’s needs throughout all of our company’s departments. In terms of technologies, they used .NET, C#, and Microsoft Visual Studios.

What is the team composition?

We had five people working with us, including three developers, a QA specialist, and a part-time business analyst.

How did you come to work with Addendum?

They were referred to us by someone who worked with them before.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested €100,000 (approximately $113,000 USD) with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February 2020–May 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Everything that they developed worked great.

How did Addendum perform from a project management standpoint?

We had constant meetings where our project managers established tasks, which they always completed in time. In terms of communication, we used Jira to give commissions to the developers.

What did you find most impressive about them? 

They were professional, and it was easy to work with them — we never had any technical issues, and everything was in line.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — everything was great throughout the project!
