I am an office worker at a renovation and building company located in Debica, Poland. I handle invoicing, salaries, wages, paperwork, contracts, and occasionally oversee projects.

What challenge were you trying to address with Ad360?

We were looking for a company to develop a website to display our completed projects.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ad360 designed and developed a website from scratch, but was partially based on an existing site. Their team added visual and written elements and a portfolio section to display our projects. Once their design was finished, which took three weeks, they presented us with a test version to approve. Their team provided many options that made the site accessible and easy to navigate and read. Ad360 then finished the development, purchased our domain, servers, and secured our web address.

I have worked with three people from their team, and the owner was my primary contact.

I found Ad360 online after searching for website development companies in our region.

We've spent less than $5,000 with Ad360. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The partnership began in January 2021, and it's still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our customers and others who've seen it have really liked the website — we've gotten a lot of positive feedback. Everyone likes the visual elements, layout, and accessibility. Our first-time users can contact us easily via the website, which is precisely what we wanted from the partnership. 

How did Ad360 perform from a project management standpoint?

Ad360 completed the website within a month and a half, which was terrific. Their team was available to help at all times and provided suggestions on the project. Everything went very smoothly, and there were no project complications. 

We communicated through phone calls, emails, and had several meetings. We found that our face-to-face conversations were more efficient than phone calls — they understood what we wanted. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Ad360 is a team of young, ambitious, and energetic individuals; they're easy to talk to and professional. I could tell from our conversations that they are well informed and up to date with website development. Their team has an excellent knowledge of IT and delivers high-quality websites. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Ad360 has nothing to improve as they delivered the website per our expectations and requirements. 

Any advice for potential customers?

I'd advise customers to contact Ad360 once or twice a week to discuss project progress. Also, customers should provide strong requirement documentation.

I am the executive partner of mitte consult, founded in 1995. We provide organizational and personal development for academies and large business organizations like consulting, coaching and leadership training, as well as conflict resolution.

We needed help to find a better software for our website, with an easier structure to change or complement the content. We were glad to hand over the whole technical part to ad360.
