We wanted to get leads from Google and we were targeting local customers. People who broke their cars are our target customers.

I got refererence from a friend who was taking services form Acme. we searched for them and found them good fit.

We engaged them for local SEO. We wanted to rank in google maps results. THey started working and within 3-4 months we started getting calls from right people.

One SPOC was assigned to us. and we did communication from him only.

As mentioned above, we got calls from prospects and converted them in customers. This is what we wanted.

We always heard back from them within 3-4 hours. We have weekly review sessions and all went very well.
