As a result of Acepeak’s solutions, our workflow became more efficient, customer engagement increased, and we could track performance more accurately with automated reports. Our response times improved by around 20%, and we noticed a noticeable boost in customer interactions thanks to automated workflows. Overall, we saved about 15–20% of the resources we previously spent managing customer interactions.
