I own a website that provides continuing education courses for radiology technologists. I am the author of all the courses.

My goal was to develop a website that would allow students to pay for a course, read the material, and take a test.

How did you select this vendor?
After speaking to several individuals who were in my price range, I selected this vendor because they reassured me that they could do the project. Our initial contact gave me confidence in their abilities.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
Abstract Softweb designed and built my website, which included all the appropriate tabs and medical images that I wanted. They developed a method for students to read a course then take the test after paying online. The challenge was that students are only allowed three attempts to take each test. Once students pass a test, they can print a certificate of completion with the required information.
They also created a logo for my company. Recently, they added a webinar to the site.

I’ve only talked with two people from their team, but there are others.

The website has allowed me to start my business.

It has been quite effective. They finished the website before the deadline. So far, they’ve met all of our objectives and milestones ahead of time.

Are there any areas for improvement?
I wish they could move to California or the US so that we’d be in the same time zone.
