We are company which is based in London, United Kingdom. We provide high quality house cleaning services. My name is Rene and I am the owner of the company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Abstarc, and what were your goals?

We hired Abstarc as our company was in need for a brand new website and online booking form with live availability. We found Abstarc services online and after an online meeting we decided to use their services. Our goal was to find a company which will work with our IT department together so we can build a future proof website with amazing design and great functionality.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After we made our meeting the way their team handled our request was just great. In no more than 3 days they've provided us with strategy of execution and easy to understand for me step by step guide. Their communication was fantastic and the way the handle most of our requests was top-notch.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The first step was to discuss our main goal. We've provided them with our design ideas and in 2 weeks time they offered us a sketch how the website will look. After that they've added the functioanlity, the last part was adding the live availability with our internal system. The technologies they've used were our internal API, PHP, Wordpress and Javascript.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I spoke with their Project Manager - Alex, he was the one who took all of our requests. The team who worked on our website included: 1 UX designer, 2 backend developers, 1 Content Editor and 1 Full-stack developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project was build exactly on time, they have integrated a few external services for analytics. We saw results from the following month. Everything was working as should, we've generate a lot of new customers and the traffic was significantly increased.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They have their own CRM system to which we had a business account. We communicated mostly over Zoom and we had access to GitHub so our IT guys can follow the project and the updates.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have an amazing way of handling difficult tasks. They are super responsive and it is extremly easy to work with such a team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing I can recall could of been done in a different way.
