I’m the lab manager of Nonis Lab, a medical company that provides high-quality diagnostic laboratory testing, health screening, and specialized medical analyses to support accurate diagnosis, prevention, and better health outcomes.

What challenge were you trying to address with Absolute Websites?

We wanted to create a modern, professional, and user-friendly website that better represents Nonis Lab, clearly presents our services, and makes it easier for patients to find the information they need. We also wanted to improve our online visibility through SEO and attract more potential clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Absolute Websites has handled the complete redesign and development of our website, including its structure, design, content presentation, and overall UX. They’ve also worked on SEO, Google visibility, and website optimization so patients can easily find our laboratory services, health check-up packages, locations, and contact information. The team continues to provide ongoing website support, updates, and improvements as our services grow. As part of the redesign, Absolute Websites has created contact and booking forms to make it easier for patients to get in touch with us and request appointments. They’ve also implemented search functionality that allows visitors to quickly find specific laboratory tests, services, and health check-up packages. The website has been structured to make our growing range of services easy to navigate and access.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since launching the new website, we’ve seen a clear improvement in our online visibility and an increase in inquiries and appointment requests coming through the website. Patients are also finding our laboratory tests and health check-up packages more easily, and our overall presence on Google has improved significantly. The website has become an important channel for attracting new clients and communicating our services.We mainly track inquiries and appointment requests through the website’s contact and booking forms, as well as through Google Analytics and Google Search Console. We also monitor the number of new patients who contact us after finding Nonis Lab through Google or our website.

How did Absolute Websites perform from a project management standpoint?

Absolute Websites’ project management has been excellent. Communication has been clear and responsive throughout the project, and they’re always available when we have questions or request changes. The work has been well organized, deadlines have been respected, and the project has been delivered on time.
