They had to develop a website for an interior based company. We couldn’t move ahead from free online templates which they claimed to have developed

They haven't delivered the website after constant follow-ups since 2018 and don’t care to return the advance either. Pretty much not worth the money to be invested. Also they claim to be from IIT but try asking for the degree once, they won’t have it. Major improvement will be owning to their commitments
