I'm the founder of Scientific Study, an educational app company. We focus on online education in schools.

What challenge were you trying to address with Aagite Technologies?

We wanted to rebrand our Android app. We have an Android developer on our team, but we figured it would be expensive to use our own, so we got a contract-based developer.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Aagite Technologies did a completely new app for us from scratch and are currently developing the iOS app. They’ve also done .Net site ecosystem projects for the school websites.

We want to launch our product internationally in a few months, and they have shared lots of things for the international project from a global perspective.

We found them on Upwork. After a thorough vetting process, we settled on them because they matched our needs.

We’ve spent about $16,000 with them so far.

What is the status of the engagement?

We started working with them in 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They did very well with the Android project, and I appreciate that — our app is currently used by almost 100,000 students daily. Overall, the app development is really good. 

In addition to that, it's now easier for us to personalize the app according to the schools’ requests. Thanks to this, the students' engagement has increased a lot because they can take online quizzes that are very much team-based.

How did Aagite Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is great; their project manager is always responsive whenever I need something from them. They also work very smoothly and efficiently. 

In addition to that, their cost was well within our budget, considering we are a startup. Our communication is mostly through Skype, Zoom, and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We value their fast response time, and they’ve held their end of the bargain. They’re also very knowledgeable about the product, and the delivery of the project is great.

Also, the code quality is very good, and they deliver bug-free applications. Overall, they’re sincere, and the developers are very knowledgeable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can improve more on the coding quality and make it super high-end.

Any advice for potential customers?

Outline the work very efficiently and clearly and estimate in a way that will make sense in terms of development.

We were looking for a vendor to build a software for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team developed a web-based software using .NET technology. It is a small ERP system, which allows us to manage our organization, including the incoming and outgoing materials and parts. They currently provide ongoing maintenance support.

What is the team composition?

There were 6–7 people working on the project, including developers and a QA person.

How did you come to work with AAGITE TECHNOLOGIES?

We found them on Google. After reviewing some of their previous work, we emailed them and decided to hire them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $5,000 along with annual maintenance fees.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked on the project from roughly January–February 2018. They still work with us, providing maintenance.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It was a good experience for me. The product has no defects. The process of tracking materials is much easier than before. They understood and met all my requirements.

Their team gave us access to a tool for tracking tools and making comments.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They do quality work in development. This shows in their continuous maintenance support.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think they need to improve on anything. If I had to choose something, perhaps they could deliver the product a little sooner.

Contact them to have the best ERP software developed. They provide complete service, easily understanding every step of the process.
