We started from the scratch. We started our work with a detailed business and system analysis. They built web application in java language. the entire technology is based on the blockchain.

They presented typical agile working style. All stages of the project were recorded in the JIRA system and divided into sprints. The implementation of all of the steps of the project was consistent with the previously estimated time.

We needed a web interface to let physiotherapist plan and manage personalized exercises for children, see patients' progress online, manage patients db, manage devices db and run the device lending/returning/servicing processes.

We used networking to find them. They were recommended and seemed reliable.

We had a kick off meeting, several workshops, regular task-related meetings and ad-hoc calls when required.
