• Conduct ongoing discovery sessions and backlog grooming
  Break down epics into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria
  Prioritize backlog based on business value, dependencies, and risks
  Ensure user stories are ready ("definition of ready") for each sprint
  Iterative System Design & Architecture
• Continuously evolve system architecture to support emerging requirements
  Design scalable, secure, modular components aligned with evolving business needs
