- Successful Migration from Physical Hosting Facility to AWS: Netzinga expertly planned and executed the full transition of our production infrastructure from a traditional physical colocation facility to Amazon Web Services (AWS). This major project was completed with minimal disruption, resulting in improved scalability, enhanced redundancy, better cost efficiency, and a more modern, elastic cloud environment while maintaining our stringent security and compliance standards.
- Exceptional Uptime and Platform Availability: Achieved consistently high availability for our quantum-resistant secure collaboration platform (file sharing, messaging, and e-signature services). Unlike typical MSPs that often depend on junior staff, they approached every task—whether routine operations or major migrations to AWS—with meticulous planning and a “do it right the first time” attitude. Their team acted as an extension of ours: proactive, highly skilled, and calm under pressure. This practical, ownership-driven approach made them stand out as reliable partners in a surprisingly quality-deprived industry.
Are there any areas for improvement or something 724Support by Netzinga could have done differently?
While our 12+ year experience with 724Support by Netzinga was overwhelmingly positive, there were a couple of areas where improvement would have been helpful. Proactively updating our aging infrastructure was sometimes slower than expected, as their cautious, safety-first approach occasionally extended timelines for modernizing legacy components. Additionally, because of their preference for highly customized, manual processes, certain automation opportunities (such as deeper IaC integration or self-service dashboards) were not pursued as aggressively as they might have been with a different provider. That said, these are relatively minor points compared to the exceptional quality, reliability, and partnership they consistently delivered over many years.
