Over more than 12 years, Netzinga (through its specialized 724support service) served as Verifyle’s dedicated infrastructure engineering and 24/7 operations partner. Their scope encompassed both strategic engineering projects and ongoing operational support for our mission-critical, security-sensitive production environment (cloud and colocation infrastructure powering a quantum-resistant secure collaboration platform).

Netzinga operated as a senior-level extension of our internal team, focusing on high-reliability infrastructure rather than low-cost, ticket-based support. Their work followed a structured, operator-led methodology: Discovery (understanding our systems, priorities, and success criteria), Planning (defining clear scope, deliverables, and operating models), Execution (safe implementation with change control, staging, and rollback plans), and Operate & Improve (continuous refinement of processes, alerts, and documentation to reduce operational risk).

• Successful Migration from Physical Hosting Facility to AWS: Netzinga expertly planned and executed the full transition of our production infrastructure from a traditional physical colocation facility to Amazon Web Services (AWS). This major project was completed with minimal disruption, resulting in improved scalability, enhanced redundancy, better cost efficiency, and a more modern, elastic cloud environment while maintaining our stringent security and compliance standards.
• Exceptional Uptime and Platform Availability: Achieved consistently high availability for our quantum-resistant secure collaboration platform (file sharing, messaging, and e-signature services). Proactive 24/7 monitoring and rapid incident response kept unplanned downtime to an absolute minimum, even during complex infrastructure changes and peak usage periods.

This methodical yet flexible framework worked extremely well for both large infrastructure projects (such as our full migration from a physical colocation facility to AWS) and ongoing operational initiatives.

The AWS migration, in particular, was executed with excellent planning and minimal disruption to our production environment. Smaller deliverables, such as runbook updates, monitoring enhancements, or network optimizations, were also completed reliably within agreed timelines.

Responsiveness to our needs: Their response was consistently outstanding. Whether it was an urgent production incident, a last-minute scope adjustment, or a complex engineering request, the team (led by Massimiliano) was highly proactive, technically excellent, and solution-oriented. They prioritized our business impact over rigid processes, communicated clearly and transparently throughout, and always followed up with thorough documentation and post-activity reviews. What impressed me most about Netzinga was their rare senior-level expertise and operator-first mindset. Unlike typical MSPs that often depend on junior staff, they approached every task—whether routine operations or major migrations to AWS—with meticulous planning and a “do it right the first time” attitude. Their team acted as an extension of ours: proactive, highly skilled, and calm under pressure. This practical, ownership-driven approach made them stand out as reliable partners in a surprisingly quality-deprived industry.

Are there any areas for improvement or something 724Support by Netzinga could have done differently?

While our 12+ year experience with 724Support by Netzinga was overwhelmingly positive, there were a couple of areas where improvement would have been helpful. Proactively updating our aging infrastructure was sometimes slower than expected, as their cautious, safety-first approach occasionally extended timelines for modernizing legacy components. Additionally, because of their preference for highly customized, manual processes, certain automation opportunities (such as deeper IaC integration or self-service dashboards) were not pursued as aggressively as they might have been with a different provider. That said, these are relatively minor points compared to the exceptional quality, reliability, and partnership they consistently delivered over many years.
