We hired 5why.us to conduct JTBD research for our new product, Screen Story. The goal was to understand the customers better, to understand their purchase behavior, their motives, and what pushes them to choosing a solution. Our final goals were MAU growth and MRR growth. 
The agency made several calls with our team to deeply understand the product, our team, and our processes. Then, they created a research design. 5why.us made several calls with customers and made adjustments to the design. And then, conducted over 30 interviews with both our clients and people who use our competitors. 
In the end, we've got a detailed plan, market strategy, marketing assets, personas, etc. We use them in our daily work. Our MAU and MRR are growing so we are more than happy with the results.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

MAU and MRR on the project show growth. We also increased the ROMI of our advertising campaigns.

Everything was on time, even ahead of our expectations. In fact, we had some delays on our clients’ end, and 5why.us treated them well and fitted into their schedule. So in general their project management is great.
