As we are an online adverting company our measureable outcomes are performance of our ad campaigns and automatic optimization processes we implement. All of which were to our satisfaction. It is important to say that we did have hurdles aling the way but that is understandbale given our business model and 5Blue were a real partner throughout the process.

Today the 5 Blue people are involved in several areas within the company R&D and they bring their own strength, and skills. At first we maintained full projects by the hands of 5 blue but then we found out that integrating them with others on the same team - works like a charm.

Like I mentioned before - our roots with 5 Blue Software goes long years back. At the begining we hire them to conduct a mobile team implementing a commmercial sdk. Then we hire more people assigning them to other mobile teams (projects). At some point we hire some of their web developers, and then QA and disgner, and a product managment for a certain need, and...more. Today, we just see them as a trevial extension to our organic RnD

While working with 5 Blue Software people we maintain mutual sprints, planning, and dailies. This makes it very trivial to deliver and manage the projects, providing the deliverables on time.
The only time I can think of - that we experienced some delivery challenges and risks was when the war in Ukraine started and things were uncertain within the first 2 months. We knew this could come so we moved some delivery weight back to IL and returned it back when things settled down.
