Deep Talk uses artificial intelligence to understand consumers and employees, transforming people's multiple communication channels into real-time analytics and actions.

We transform text into actionable data using advanced machine learning techniques aiming to democratize access to this kind of technology with our no-code platform.

We work with customer experience, customer success, and analytics teams to understand and respond to their customers, improving the services companies offer daily.

For what projects/services did your company hire 42px, and what were your goals?

In our onboarding process, we needed to create a flow to upload data with 7 steps.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

42PX created a wizard with different views and features to have a smooth onboarding process for the users when uploading data to our platform

All the wizard was build in React, using CoreUI, and connect with an API in django, authentication is based on JWT token and all the wizard use websockets

There were 3 people working with us, at the level of UX/UI, Front End, and project management.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It meets expectation, we haven't had any bug in the development they did, we are using the wizard until today and it's well documented.

Great project management, meeting every week, and open phone for any doubt or emergency. We worked with them in an agile mode.

It was easy all the process, from the first meeting until they deliver the final product.

Everybody can improve, but I don't know right now what is specifically.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The creation of the constructor has been completed, and we have received the finished product.

Everything is clear - from working with contracts and contracts to the final presentations. They are able to speak the client's language and tell us without abstruse words how they choose solutions and what will be optimal for our request. What is very important, they do not stretch deadlines, they always meet deadlines.

A small team is able to create an impressive product from scratch, spending minimal time on approval and development.

Are there any areas for improvement or something 42px could have done differently?

Make an estimate that will be more comfortable to study, not in terms of the hours spent developing, but in terms of the cost of features. This will make it more convenient to analyze the customer's wishes and work with the development budget.

I am an engineering manager in an ecosystem of products for education, learning, and scientific information exchange.

For what projects/services did your company hire 42px?

We needed to find qualified React/Typescript developers to help us build our ecosystem.

SOLUTION

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

We tried to hire in-house developers, but our hiring process and market knowledge were too basic.

They provided two senior front-end developers to augment our in-house R&D team. While we handled backend development and product design, they were responsible for creating frontend SPA from scratch using our guidelines and UI library in one case and developing existing React SPA for another product. They coded it in Typescript.

We described our needs and tech stack. Based on that, they shortlisted about eight candidates. We selected four of them and conducted tech interviews, including a live coding session, and chose two of those eight candidates.

With their support, we could meet our deadlines and overall roadmap delivery on time and within budget.

They work alongside our in-house devs and share all our processes and tools.

They provided developers who were able to quickly onboard and started contributing to projects from the second sprint.
