RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We receive many reviews through our website, and our customers find us through it. The system is secure, and the payments inside the condominiums are fast. We’ve had approximately 1,000 new accesses and 400 payments through our gateway this month.

How did 29Tech perform from a project management standpoint?

29Tech’s project management is good. The team always communicates with me, asks for my feedback, and delivers on time. We communicate through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

29Tech’s agile development, understanding of my work model, and the trust they’ve given me since the beginning are impressive.
