Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

To deliver a process and format for integrated quality and performance reporting to the Outcome Quality and Performance Committee.  This included: As-was and to-be process maps; Extensive user engagement sessions, 1:1 and in groups; Competitor analysis review of what other systems use; Options appraisals of aspects of the technical delivery; A PowerBI Report – both the backend data model and frontend report product template; Handover training sessions, documentation and supporting files to enable mobilisation and ongoing maintenance, including a user training guide.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A fully functioning automated tool including a backend data model and frontend report template developed through extensive consultation and user engagement sessions.  Full documentation including user training guide, technical development guides and process maps to enable mobilisation and ongoing maintenance of not only the end report but also the supporting processes used to review and update the data and supporting narrative used in the report.  Since deployment, the report has continued to be refined and updated.  The report has continued to be used consistently at internal meetings and committees to report, review and manage performance.

All requiements were delivered on time.  They worked side by side with key members from our organisation as one team in a flexible approach to deliver the objectives.

29FORWARD Ltd. has developed a data solution that combines, harmonizes, and standardizes the data from local warehouses into one all-markets data warehouse that didn't exist before. The team has delivered the data warehouse and documentation.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to 29FORWARD Ltd.'s work, we can use all markets' data together for analytics solutions for the first time. This solution helps us make better decisions on a group level. Before, all markets' reporting without manually combining data from local warehouses wasn't possible.
