I’m the president and founder of Bee Awoken, an environmental nonprofit. I’m still in the process of establishing my organization.

What challenge were you trying to address with 27 Colab LLC?

We engaged 27 Colab LLC to create our website and to handle our marketing activities.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I had a meeting with their team and I showed them some sketches. After that, they showed me their proposal and we chose one final idea to implement. After building our website, 27 Colab LLC is now working on our logo and it’s almost finished.

On top of that, they provide consulting services, specifically on what we can do with our marketing activities, social media strategies, and more. The team is also going to help us view our website’s metrics so that we can see how many people are visiting our website, how many people browse certain pages, and more.

What is the team composition?

I’m working with two people from 27 Colab LLC, including their owner.

How did you come to work with 27 Colab LLC?

I already worked with them 1–2 years ago at another company I owned, and they created my logo and business card. Before that, I found them through a referral from a friend of a friend. Overall, I chose them because I considered networking as something more reliable than reviews.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent almost $4,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in November 2021, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve done a really good job in our project.

How did 27 Colab LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They reach out to us 1–2 times a week, especially if they have new ideas to propose. We communicate through Gmail and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve seen their portfolio and they’re very knowledgeable about current marketing trends.
