Very fast communication via whatsapp. They respond within 24 hours except for Fridays they don’t work in Jordan, so any communication sent out on Thursday, gets to be worked on Sunday, as Jordan’s Sunday is business day

We've been impressed with their ability to deliver and adopt. The person assigned to our project really understood the company and she was able to make the edits and changes as there were many urgent changes. Another impressive event happened when there was a website issue and it was a holiday, company owner himself took care of the situation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something 24online.jo could have done differently?

They can do better job in offering upgrades. They are very nice and they don’t want small businesses to spend more than what’s needed but I personally like the better things and I want to be informed if there is something better out there to try or implement to our website

So, we teamed up with 24online to get our fitness app off the ground. Here's the lowdown on what they cooked up: 

• They built this awesome workout section where you can dive into different routines and even customize your own. Plus, they added cool stuff like progress tracking and videos to keep you on your toes. Then, there's the diet section, where you can snag meal plans and track your grub. They even threw in some tasty recipes to spice things up. 
• And let's not forget about the progress section. It's got everything from progress pics to measurements, making it easy to see how far you've come. Each of us gets our own profile to tweak and track our journey, which is pretty sweet. 
• And for the coaches, they set up this slick dashboard to manage clients and dish out advice like a pro. Oh, and they added these fun challenges to keep things interesting. Who doesn't love a good challenge, right? 
• Lastly, they built this cozy community space where we can all hang out, share stories, and give each other a virtual high-five. So yeah, 24online really knocked it out of the park with our app. They were super responsive and just nailed the whole user experience. Couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

So, how do we know if this app is really doing its thing, you know? Well, here's the lowdown: 
First off, are people actually using it? Like, logging in, checking out workouts, chatting in the community? That's the basic stuff we gotta see happening. Then, we gotta check if both the coaches and clients are feeling it. Are coaches managing clients smoothly? Are clients seeing results and sticking around? That's the real test. And hey, progress matters, right? Are people actually making progress with their fitness goals? Shedding pounds, gaining muscle – all that good stuff. 
But it's not just about the workouts and diets. We gotta see if people are actually connecting in the community. Sharing stories, giving pep talks – that's the heart of it. Those challenges we set up – are people taking them on? And more importantly, are they finishing them? That'll tell us if they're motivated and having fun. Reviews and feedback are key too. If people are leaving good vibes and spreading the word, then we're doing something right. And last but not least, are people sticking around? If they're coming back for more, then we know we're onto something. So yeah, we'll be keeping our eyes peeled for all these signs to see if our app is really making a splash in the fitness world.

Well, when it comes to project management, they were pretty much good. Did they deliver stuff when they said they would? Yeah, for the most part. There were a few hiccups here and there, but hey, that's pretty normal with these kinds of projects, right? But when we needed something, they were right there. Like, we'd shoot them a message, and bam, they'd be on it. 
Super responsive, which was a huge plus for us. Overall, they kept things running pretty smoothly, and when we hit a bump in the road, they were quick to sort it out. So yeah, thumbs up for their project management skills.

Let me tell you about Sameer, the guy's a legend! What really stood out about him and his crew was their knack for understanding exactly what we needed. I mean, they really got it, you know? But what really blew us away was how they handled things when stuff got tricky. Sameer, he's like this superhero manager – whenever there was a problem, he swooped in and saved the day. And not just him, the whole team was super dedicated and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. 
Oh, and their communication skills? Top-notch. They kept us in the loop every step of the way, which made the whole process a breeze. But yeah, I'd say what impressed us most was their ability to really get what we were aiming for and then deliver it, no questions asked. Sameer Alomari and his team? They're the real deal

Are there any areas for improvement or something 24online.jo could have done differently?

Sameer and his team at 24online.jo were pretty awesome, but there were a couple of areas where they could've tightened things up a bit. For one, there were a few times when deadlines got stretched a tad. Nothing major, but it would've been nice to see things stick to the schedule a bit more closely. Overall, they did a fantastic job, but a few tweaks here and there could've made the experience even smoother.
