It was an absolute disaster. We lost almost 300k due to the dishonestly of this company. Turns out that they hire cheap overseas labour even though their marketing claims its all run in Australia. I have discovered that the registered business address is as fake as they are. Spoke with lots of other customers of theirs who have all lost a fortune due to their dishonestly. Any five star reviews are written by their workers, check Indeed for their advertisements for staff for whom they pay the equivilant of .75c Australian, and charge you thousands! Spoke with other customers of theirs who were locked out of their own businesses once they challenged work not being done, sooner or later ASIC and ACCC will shut these cowboys down.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Paid for SEO work and social media marketing plus an upgrade to my web site. They charged 50k for the upgrade and when I had it valued elsewhere they said the work was worth around $1500, no one looked at any of the socials posted and they used spam link farming for the SEO which drives people away from your web site. The owner Jeremy employs a cheap lawyer from QLD and spends all his money attacking his customers, he shuts down businesses once his lawyer catch up with him.

Absolutely sub par cowboy work if you can call it work, they make out that they are web designers and understand google, they even claim to be google partners but this is false. Absolute disaster.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nothing at all, they are completely useless, and when you challenge them about lack of work they go into your business emails and web site and shut it all down. One customer of theirs in SA said their dishonesty cost him millions.

Shut down and stop ripping off hard working Australians
