Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder and president of a small non-profit organization dedicated to helping sugar gliders in need and educating owners on the best practices of glider husbandry.

For what projects/services did your company hire 1230MEDIA - Web Design Agency, and what were your goals?

Our goal was to have 1230 media build an attractive, fun, educational website for people to use mostly as a resource for sugar glider information, and for my nonprofit to use for fundraising.

I think I found them on Google. They were responsive and professional.

The website needed to have many different informational pages, as well as donation capability, a shop, and also a map that showed veterinarians that see sugar gliders across the country and beyond. I also needed a blog, ability for people to contact us and leave feedback, a printable section, and email/google account setup.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I only worked directly with one person from 1230 media, which was very nice. He was very responsive and went above and beyond to help me with things that were only peripherally related to the website. I am very grateful.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have received so much positive feedback about our website from those who look to us for sugar glider resources. I am extremely pleased with the end result.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

Project management is casual, but they are very responsive to changing needs and new ideas, and very patient with the delays that I had for various reasons. Communication was mostly through email, and some text, and also several phone calls. I am very pleased with project management and communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are extremely responsive and knowledgeable, often anticipating my needs before I knew what they were. Also, they understood how to make a modern, yet fun looking website much better than I did.

They understood the objective even though I was unable to articulate the specifics of what I wanted because I did not exactly know what that was. They were truly helpful with anything related to the website, such as hosting, email accounts, google docs, Facebook integration, etc.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of anything that would have made my experience better.
