On our management platform, we recive inquires, create custumer accounts, and write quotes and invoices, even when we´re traveling. We keep track of our key business figures. Our training platform allows us to manage training content, service descriptions, and customer-ordered training courses. Coustemers can select their training courses an make them available to their participants. Manager also maintain a clesr overview. With this system , we´ve been able to satisfy a large mumber of customers and their need. Everything has become simple and transparent for both us and our custemers.

Offer and invoice generation time reduced from 15–30 minutes to under 2 minutes per document. Our Cclients can now train 100% of their participants because they no longer all need to be in the same room at the same time. The time required for manager has been reduced from 2-3 hours to under 10 minutes.

100% of customer, sales, inventory, and document data centralized into one platform, eliminating tool fragmentation.

Manual quote creation in Word fully eliminated through automated PDF generation and email delivery.

Improved management visibility with real-time dashboards for revenue, overdue invoices, and sales performance.
