We act as the outsourced IT department for more than 200 Italian SMBs: our NOC10 monitors servers, networks, firewalls and backups around the clock, and we run managed cybersecurity (MDR, firewall, endpoint, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing), immutable backup with disaster recovery, and NIS2 and GDPR compliance. Clients follow everything in the NEXUS platform: backup status, resolved alerts, KPIs and monthly reports. Sophos, WatchGuard, Acronis and Vertiv Gold Partner. On-site support in Milan, Sesto San Giovanni and Monza, service in Italian and English.
