Free Shipping Versus $2.99? Even Small Shipping Costs Decrease Customers’ Interest Drastically

WASHINGTON, DC – December 3, 2019 – More than three-quarters of online shoppers (77%) say they are very interested in a product when the shipping is free, compared to only 43% who say the same for an item with $2.99 shipping. The data comes from a new survey report by Clutch, the leading B2B ratings and reviews platform, on how much online shoppers expect to pay for shipping.

One-fifth of online shoppers (21%) say they’re very interested in a product if the shipping cost is $5.99, and only 13% say the same for an $8.99 shipping cost.

39% of Coworking Employees Work at WeWork, but Local Spaces May Grow as WeWork Drama Continues

News broke in September that WeWork, once valued as high as $47 billion, mismanaged funds. CEO Adam Neumann was ousted, and the company faced bankruptcy until SoftBank bailed it out for $1.7 billion.

WASHINGTON, DC – October 30, 2019 – As the holiday season approaches, consumer awareness of “porch pirates,” or thieves who target deliveries left in open 51% of online shoppers have not received at least one packagespaces, surges.
