      Projects are added to the "IT Roadmap" when we meet. Usually the first step is understanding what we need and why they are recommending it. Sometimes it's actually removing a system or process to simplify things, which is great. On the projects we have executed with them (new servers a few times, network switches, several firewall deployments, wiring infrastructure, Cloud migration, etc.), the projects have all been billed as quoted. If there was a delay, it was related to Comcast or our EMR vendor, not TechVoo. The staff is stellar and never disappoints. I think their mission is focused on client experience, which you can tell. The level of communication and process is something I had never experienced in another IT vendor. They promise "no surprises" in their service and billing. We know what is going to happen and when. If emergencies come up, there is a plan, and it's never a fire drill.
