They’ve developed the frontend and backend from scratch, designed the UI, and carried out testing. They’ve also enabled the site for mobile use. The site is an e-commerce medical platform. Users can visit our site, create an account, and confirm the account with their phone number.

Once they create a profile, they can browse various medicines, upload prescriptions, order lab tests, and schedule appointments. They can also ship medication directly to their homes or schedule a time to pick up their medications in person.

I’m beyond happy with the results of Zoptal’s work. The website is beautiful, and we get a lot of compliments on its look and feel. The site is also fully functional, and we’ve yet to see any bugs. Equally important is their effort to accommodate our needs; I’ve never gotten pushback, and they deliver on time and within budget.

We use to use excel sheets for checking the status of particular tasks, and for communication we were active on slack.

The team continuously adds new features and functionalities and rehashes the code.

They’ve built a landing page and recently worked on an online shop feature. Currently, they’re refactoring a customer token feature. Whenever they deliver a new feature after a sprint, our in-house team tests it.

Zoptal solutions consistently deliver high-quality work that is mostly bug-free. Our business has benefited and we have measured a 80% hike since the launch of the app.

They’re mostly good at project management. However, they’ve had to adjust timelines when something complicated has come up or if there have been gaps in our requirements. We use Microsoft Teams and email for communication. The team logs into their timesheet daily. Based on the sheet, we qualify their billing monthly. Their resource works with our project manager, who assigns them tasks for every sprint.

For food delivery app development for one of our client, we have hired a team of Zoptal solutions. For the first phase, we planned to start with the food delivery and after becoming popular in the city, we will start with the second phase of development that includes groceries and parcel delivery.

With this commercial platform, our client asked us to include one unique feature in the same app to resolve food wastage. In this, restaurants can drop messages or orders using their panel for the extra food left at the end of the day, and delivery person will take it from the restaurant and drop it at the fixed points. There team will distribute food to needy people.

Before hiring them, we have taken their team’s interview to make sure we have chosen the right partner for our idea. Their work portfolio, client reviews, and knowledge in the field were the deciding factors for us.

With the rough idea, I have contacted them. Mr. Sanjeev from the Business Development Team helped me to schedule a meeting with their technical team who prepared the Scope of Work document for our requirement. I expected Android and iOS apps as deliverables but after discussion, they added the admin panel, restaurants panel, and website to the list of deliverables.

We have signed the contract to start the project first, then they assign us a project manager Mr. Anish and a team of designers and developers. First, they deliver the wireframe and prototype and after our approval, they start development. Generally, we discussed progress with the team on a weekly basis, and they were always ready to present us with some new tasks completed without any errors.

Before sending any file to us, their QA team tested it twice for the issues. We are almost completed with the project and after two weeks our maintenance and support time will start.

We have already attracted a wide range of restaurants to register on app using email marketing and personal meetings.

We have given access to Zoho project management tools in which the whole assigned team shares updates daily about the progress of development. The project manager understands everything and shares it with the team to plan the development tasks. For communication, we used WhatsApp, Skype, and email.

I was impressed with their dedication to each task. During my project, there were some changes required but they manage it without extending the timeline. I have worked with three companies before for different projects, and I can definitely say that Zoptal solutions is the best partner for a complete digital transformation.
