We hired Zonex to build iOS and Android mobile apps from scratch to find groups in your area, define your locations by home, work and temporary location and join groups that are essential for you.

What were your goals for this project?

Create an easy to use app based on my screenshots and documentation.

We met online and they best understood exactly what I wanted out of the app and they offered competitive pricing for their services.

I had spent a few months with a team in designing the app and typing up detailed documentation for how every screen and section should function. I needed Zonex Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to bring my screenshots and documentation to life and create the app to be available for all users.

What was the team composition?

It was a great team composition, great project manager and one guy for small & quick designing tasks, one guy for the web services development, one IOS developer, one Android developer, and a testing team. I was very excited to work with these guys!!!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There team worked on each individual section perfectly and each module was successfully completed by them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We preferred to chat and voice calls because our timezone difference was not too much and this worked very well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They did things the way I wanted it done and kept everything within the original agreed-upon budget.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Occasionally it was difficult to get ahold of someone or took a little longer to get something back than I would have liked. I'm sure this is due to the massive time difference and having other projects ongoing as well though.

The design and creation of the Day Party website by ZONEX led to a spike in sales, increased customer service and a strong online presence which led to an increase in business development.

ZONEX’s Teamwork is pretty impressive and from the client perspective, I have a single point of contact who keeps me posted for every update of my project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team was responsible and focused throughout the project. They meet all deadlines and provide timely notification for any issues that we needed to discuss in advance.

I can't say anything specific because the project was well managed.

We had an extensive road map of optimizations and updates that we wanted to implement on our Shopify website in 2018. ZONEX served as our development partner to guide us through these ongoing projects.

ZONEX reduced our page load times, migrated tracking to Google Tag Manager, and built custom theme sections for the site. The team also optimized our checkout page and product detail pages (PDPs) and then led A/B tests.

What was the team composition?

We’re working with a dedicated project manager and a senior frontend developer. We also have access to upper management when pressing issues arise, and there are resources available to help meet deadlines.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Thanks to our partnership with ZONEX, we now release site updates every 1–2 weeks, which keeps our content fresh and relevant. Our business has seen 50% growth as a result.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

ZONEX’s project oversight helps us deliver our tasks on time. We keep in constant contact through Slack and manage tasks using a Trello board.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team offers development resources at all hours and can turn around tasks very quickly. They also are incredibly knowledgeable of Shopify Plus.

They could offer more transparency into the status of each task and the overall project.

The platform connects you to exclusive and verified business. Only a limited number of businesses are allowed to showcase because we know the value of time and quality. Customers do not need to waste their time to search through the list of hundreds of businesses like other applications, and they will get only and only the best quality merchants for their requirements. Customers have the facility to send inquiries directly to the merchant. In case a customer is not able to find a suitable merchant then the customer can send an enquiry directly to us and our team will make sure that the inquiry reaches to right merchant and customers can get what they want.

We were assigned a project manager at the beginning of the project. He went through the process of understanding the flow of our project and assigned a development team for our projects. He was in charge of providing regular updates throughout the development period. We are still in touch of the company and project manager for any updates or technical help whenever needed.

The users of our mobile application are highly satisfied.

Communication was smooth and availability of the project manager was satisfactory as per my comfort zone.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were happy with final output of the project. We had few difficulties in understanding a few tricks that we wanted to implement in our mobile application and they happily helped us to find a workout to implement them in the app. Satisfied with overall quality and timely delivery of the project.
