As a company at the cutting edge of engineering solution, we understand that the internet is getting important nowadays. However, our old website was outdating and no longer compatible with our company’s culture and the current market trend. So, we need a whole new website that can bring us new opportunities.

Our brand-new website can be viewed at www.lttsb.com. After the website has launched, we received a lot of good feedbacks from our colleagues, shareholders, and customers.

They are highly responsive for all our inquiries and requests. They provided extensive online support for us throughout the whole project period. In short, the team is very professional and helpful.

Still, the best thing I found was their website design. Also, Zoewebs were surprisingly supportive in all aspects.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was once a minor careless mistake as they misplaced the information that we provided. However, they amended it promptly once we gave feedback to them.

We were promoting a new kind of product to the Malaysian market and needed help building a website and running marketing.

Zoewebs first designed and developed a landing page with the details of our product. We then engaged them for email marketing and SEO services. The website is mainly in English. It has a simple design that showcases our product clearly and was built on Joomla.

We’ve had a good experience with Zoewebs, who tailored their approach to fit our needs. They were attentive and resourceful. They’re constantly working on improving our digital marketing, and we’ve had a good ROI so far. Around 20% of our sales are generated online now.

How did Zoewebs perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re doing an excellent job with communication. They’re creative, skillful, resourceful, and helpful. We mainly use WhatsApp for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We can tell that they’ve done a careful study of our products and what we’re trying to achieve. This is demonstrated in the website itself and in all the designs they’ve created for us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should provide digital marketing training on YouTube. Having it in visual form would help a lot of people understand their concepts better than communicating it via written content.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I recommend talking to the person in charge of the project on a regular basis, in order to give them a better understanding of what you’re looking for.

The website we wanted to build was not standard, and it was difficult to find a developer that could do it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Zoewebs developed our website in PHP. We’re working with them on the marketing part now.

We’ve had discussions with 2–3 people from their team, and I believe there are five people involved in the project.

They were recommended to us by a friend of my boss.

We’ve paid them progressively. The cost so far is $15,000, and the total cost will come to $25,000–$30,000.

We started working with Zoewebs around January 2020, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Zoewebs has delivered everything according to the timeline. Our objective in the first months was to build a user-friendly site and launch it. We’ve done this, and our task now is to soft launch the site and attract users. We’re running digital marketing now, and we’ve seen some improvements. 

The results aren’t 100% what we wanted, but Zoewebs has been very responsive in terms of fixing issues and making modifications. The technical part isn’t perfect, but their service is very good.

How did Zoewebs perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve delivered according to schedule, and we’re very happy with their performance during the project. We communicate through email and phone calls, we have a WhatsApp group, and we met with them in-person from time to time before the lockdown.

Their service and quality are very good, and they’re very responsible.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Zoewebs took longer to solve some technical items and didn’t handle them very well.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Zoewebs is a very good company to work with, and clients don’t have a lot to worry about. We’ve worked with other companies on previous projects, which always told us they could do everything, but they became unresponsive halfway through the project. Even though we’ve faced some issues with them, Zoewebs always remained responsive with us.

Curas is an MNC company. The previous website didn't reflect our brand in the international market. By having a completely brand new website, we received countless positive comments from our customers. They found the website suits their needs.

We worked with their team to develop a website for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped us to design and develop our site from the ground up, integrating e-commerce functionalities and all of the requirements involved in setting up that. Once we finalized the requirements for the site and shipping both nationally and internationally, they built everything from there.

After that, they gave our staff a training on how to navigate the website and make changes on the backend so that we can keep our inventory up to date. The team also walked us through the website marketing process so that we could try to get the new site in front of as many potential customers as possible.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Before we worked with them, we were only able to do business locally, but now we are able to sell around the country and internationally as well. Our revenue has increased significantly as a result, which has completely exceeded my expectations for the project.

How did Zoewebs perform from a project management standpoint?

Their process is very organized and systematic, which made it incredibly easy for us to go through with them. They walked us through each step, and once they finished trained us on how to use everything that they developed. We communicated mostly by phone call for all of the project, but they made it work very well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their service is excellent while making it very simple for the client, which we really appreciated.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only thing I think could have been a little bit better was the price, but the quality of their work was definitely worth it.

Listen to their advice, because they know exactly what they are doing.
