I’m the CEO at Ace Natural, an organic food distribution business based in New York.

We needed professional help with web development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Zetenta redesigned and improved our website in 2014. They did such a fantastic job that we continued working with them on other projects. We incorporated added functionality for our business processes into the website. They’ve also handled some of our social media and digital marketing.

The team used a lot of XML and HTML in their process. They embedded other external technologies in the website that allow us to achieve what we need. We’re currently in the process of redesigning the platform again.

Someone I knew who worked on a digital project with Zetenta many years ago connected us.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We continue to work with Zetenta because we’re so pleased with the results they produce. They take the expected outcome, budget, and timing into careful consideration, which is crucial in technology. The team truly shined in every regard. 

I found the cost quite inexpensive for the quality of work they perform. Other agencies I tried didn’t work out nearly as well.  Zetenta delivers as promised and the results have been outstanding. If any issues arise, they do whatever is necessary to make it work.  

How did Zetenta perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication is professional and spot-on. We mostly use email.  Our deadlines are always met, and there are very few misunderstandings. Zetenta is a great company that achieves what they promise to. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Zetenta is very talented at everything they do. We tried several new tactics that turned out well. The metrics were great for the social media campaigns we worked on together. They even used presentations of our progress to acquire new customers. I’m always impressed by their designs, which I consider a key aspect of functionality.

A partner travel agency referred them to us; their agency had employed Zetenta to create their website and we liked their work. We gave them a chance with this project, and they’ve reliably delivered high-quality results ever since. We’ve developed a strong, trusting relationship with their team.

Zetenta runs each of our Google AdWords and Facebook Ads campaigns. Their team also manages our social media corporate accounts on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. For our website, they designed our landing page, its branding, and some UX for the platform provided by our Passenger Service System (PSS).

We work directly with Lucas (Director, Zetenta) for every project. We have also collaborated with their marketing specialist, their web designer, and their software developer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve seen tenfold growth since we began collaborating with Zetenta. When their team redesigned our website and we started a more aggressive digital marketing strategy, direct sales increased from 30% to 70%, which is outstanding growth for us.

Everything that comes with Zetenta is straightforward. We have direct communication with everyone from the CEO to every specialist involved in each area of our project.

Two sections were created, one public and one exclusive for clients. This included the design and production of video, images, and a redesign of the internal layout for each of our investment products.

The main objective of the company was to revamp its corporate image through a new website. Additionally, it aimed to incorporate all our investment products and give them visibility.
