to create a fully functional and visually appealing online jewelry store using the Shopify e-commerce platform. The website will showcase various types of jewelry, including necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings, with a particular focus on product size, design, and color options. 

• Project Variables: The following are the key project variables for the jewelry store website: 
• Product Size: Customers will have the option to select from a range of different sizes for each piece of jewelry. This will be accomplished using dropdown menus or radio buttons on the product pages. 
• Product Design: Customers will have the option to choose from a range of different designs for each piece of jewelry. These design options will be displayed using images or illustrations on the product pages. 
• Product Color: Customers will have the option to select from a range of different color options for each piece of jewelry. This will be accomplished using dropdown menus or radio buttons on the product pages. 
• Shopify Store Features: The following features will be used to create the jewelry store website: 
• Custom Theme Design: We will create a unique and visually appealing website design from scratch, using Shopify's custom theme design tools.

• we were delivered every task in the given time frame with very smooth communication. they took care of designing and developing the entire project, and more importantly, they finished projects 4 days before the deadline with testing.

their management is fantastic, mostly they use Asana to manage all their tasks and communications and which we find very suitable because all their communication was streamed on one single platform and also they delivered the project with testing 4 days before the deadline. Overall, they were fantastic with the project and enthusiastic too.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their Enthusiasm to work on Shopify store projects is something that's too impressive about Zest, they are updated with all the features of Shopify, and their intelligence to use the functions and features of Shopify is really helpful to people who aren't updated with new features and functions of Shopify that could help their brand store to evolve.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zest Web Solutions could have done differently?

we don't find any areas of improvement as such because they were quite seamless throughout! nothing that we could think of.

our website was developed a decade ago and had become dated & riddled with several bugs, My team had no experience of working on wordpress and having consulted a few service providers, it transpired that it made sense to build another one from scratch instead of trying to fix the old one.

We had enquired with a few service providers but none of them was really convincing . A friend of mine referred Zest and having gone through their past work we initiated the first online meeting. Impressed with their professional approach and clarity of thought, we decided to go ahead with Zest

A kick off meeting to discuss nature of our business, target audience, the goals , our vision for the website was the first step. That followed with a few draft design templates being provided to us along with their recommendation . Our content too was modified by them in consultation with us for getting a better footfall on our website.

Using the selected word press theme, they have then built our entire website for us.

A project Manager ( Sneh ) was alloted to us and he kept us in loop at every stage of development. Behind the scenes, I believe there was a team of team of 2 developers doing the work for us.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our website has gone live only on 1st June and I am writing this feedback on the next day so will know more about the outcomes in the next few months. As far as deliverables are concerned, Zest has always been ahead of time for each of the milestones .

We had daily calls with the project manager and the interaction was indeed seamless. If at all, there were delays, I must say that these were from my end as I found it really difficult to cope with the speed of guys at Zest. More than us, They are keeping track of the timelines and have gotten the work out of us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have developed a very professional site for us. Whilst customizations have been done to the theme, they have ensured the site remains easy to update changes as and when required. That really helps as my team has no experience of working on word press and therefore were wary of making any changes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As with any website development, bugs are bound to be there in the initial phase. A couple of bugs could have been easily spotted by their team instead of this being done by the client. But that doesn't take away all the fantastic work they have done .

Customer is happy with the solutions provided by the developer for the tasks assigned to the resource. All the deliverables are on time with high on quality.

It was very smooth with single line of communication between there manager and ours on tasks and deliverables.

Their approach to any of the tasks assigned to them, and technical capabilities are the most impressive about them.

Being into field of IT and working with customers internationally they should be more flexible on work timings. Initially there were some hiccups around it but is very well managed for now.

We had dealt with a few web developers and somehow there was something that appeared to be missing. Having asked in our circle for leads, it was a lucky break we got through a very old friend of mine. They knew Zest very well and it was not a wonder why they connected us. Zest came up with some fantastic solutions for our web development and we are extremely satisfied with the creative solutions they came up with.

There was only one point of contact, Mr Sneh who was more than well qualified to handle every query. There was never a moment that he had to ever 'get back' to us. He had the answers and solutions at his finger tips.

There was a good response from the people who had visited our site. Clients were impressed which helped us a lot in having a good mage.

Project management style was unique. Most of the time the delay was from our side since most of us were involved in the day to day activities, Zest was extremely punctual and had kept the time from their end extremely well. We wish we could be at speed with them.

They delivered what they promised. There was nothing more we could have asked for.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are doing their best and are super punctual so there is no scope for improvement there. Creativity wise they know what they are doing so nothing to recommend there.
