Zeroqode kept me updated on progress every week, and even last-minute changes were handled excellently. Throughout the entire project, I was always very satisfied with the collaboration and the progress we made.

Their project management was excellent throughout the entire process. They consistently delivered all items on time, sometimes even ahead of schedule, which made planning on my side much easier. They responded to my needs very quickly and with a high level of flexibility. Whenever adjustments or new requirements came up, they handled them efficiently and with a solution-oriented approach. Overall, their reliability, responsiveness, and professionalism made the collaboration very smooth and highly satisfying.

Zeroqode had a great PM/Lead helping me along the way.  The communication tools and collaboration was outstanding.  Very responsive.  Moreover, I did not feel like the team was looking to nickle-and-dime me and kept the project on budget.

The technical skills were outstanding and the PM/Project Lead was amazing with follow ups and keeping us on track.  I really felt a sense of partnership, that my success was their success.

The web design ideas and styling has room for improvement.  They are the experts and I really relied on them to develop pixel-perfect and cutting edge web design.  This is more art then technical, because their technical skills were outstanding.

BEWARE! 
We needed a feature built into our event management app. They seemed to understand what was required and so we employed Zeroqode to build a feature. 

It turned out that they had no understanding of what the apps function actually was and what the feature was to accomplish. The thing they built was COMPLETELY USELESS AND NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE so we needed to DELETE EVERYTHING they built and we burnt $6,443 in the process.

Lots of promises, 0% delivery. 
Perhaps its because you don't get direct access to the dev's and so its a Chinese whispers game?

Please, don't do what I did, Go somewhere else.

 Zeroqode's project management has been fantastic. They always delivered on time or earlier than expected. We had weekly updates with high-level and detailed progress reports, and they responded to my questions in a timely manner. We communicate via Slack.

We needed to create a database for transcripts, a search and filter function to operate as a user, and a great UI.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Zeroqode developed a working website with a database I could populate automatically. Then, they turned that into a frontend that enabled search and categorization. For that, they used Algolia search.

We worked with over three teammates from Zeroqode.

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because of their responsiveness, quality, and great referrals.

Zeroqode took my original concepts and made them better. They took my initial concepts, brought them to life with the site, and improved upon what I had in mind.

What challenges were you trying to address with Zeroqode?

We needed to create a community platform for Family VC.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Zeroqode created the platform and executed the desired deliverables of the first feature set, including a member database, community map, deal portal, events calendar, and post/comment/reply functionality.

What was the team composition? 

We worked with two teammates from Zeroqode, aside from interacting with the founders.

How did you come to work with Zeroqode?

Zeroqode was recommended by someone I highly trust.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2025, and the platform was launched in June 2025. However, I'm doing more projects with the team and seeking to put Zeroqode on a monthly retainer.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The platform features and formal launch are the measurable outcomes of the project. The platform didn't exist before, so this is the start of user engagement with the launch of the platform.

How did Zeroqode perform from a project management standpoint?

Zeroqode's project management was excellent. The team communicated well and delivered on time. Although one of the people we were working with transitioned out of Zeroqode, which slowed the project's velocity a little, their team backfilled that person. It may have pushed the project out a few weeks, but we were also iterating on the feature set needs based on user testing feedback. Zeroqode was great at incorporating that iterative work into the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Zeroqode's willingness to be nimble and figure things out was impressive. I didn't have a designer or UI for the community platform, and they took it on willingly throughout the project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I like invoices communicated via email (vs. Slack) as it is easier to process with my internal team. I don't miss them or get to them late (like I did with Slack a few times).
