 We hired Zeroqode to design and build our app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

 Zeroqode optimized the features for our MVP, designed the MVP's interfaces, and built and launched the app on iOS and Android. Key features included calendar integration, a logging interface, insight generation and visualization, and historical insight tracking.

 We worked with three teammates from Zeroqode.

 We found them through an online search. We chose them because of their good reviews, the services they provided, and our initial consultation.

What is the status of this engagement?

 We started working together in August 2025, and the project is wrapping up.

 Zeroqode's speed and quality of work based on our initial scope have been great.

 Zeroqode's project management has been fantastic. They always delivered on time or earlier than expected. We had weekly updates with high-level and detailed progress reports, and they responded to my questions in a timely manner. We communicate via Slack.

 I'm deeply impressed and grateful to Katya, Diana, and Cory. Zeroqode's efficiency in communication, speed in progress, and quality in deliverables have been impressive.

We needed to create a database for transcripts, a search and filter function to operate as a user, and a great UI.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Zeroqode developed a working website with a database I could populate automatically. Then, they turned that into a frontend that enabled search and categorization. For that, they used Algolia search.

We worked with over three teammates from Zeroqode.

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because of their responsiveness, quality, and great referrals.

We spent around $10,000.

We worked together from January to July 2025.

Zeroqode delivered a prototype.

They had excellent communication and delivered on time. We communicated using Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Zeroqode took my original concepts and made them better. They took my initial concepts, brought them to life with the site, and improved upon what I had in mind.

I'm the founder of Family Office Club, a community of family offices who collaborate on venture investing and navigating life at a family office.

What challenges were you trying to address with Zeroqode?

We needed to create a community platform for Family VC.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Zeroqode created the platform and executed the desired deliverables of the first feature set, including a member database, community map, deal portal, events calendar, and post/comment/reply functionality.

We worked with two teammates from Zeroqode, aside from interacting with the founders.

Zeroqode was recommended by someone I highly trust.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2025, and the platform was launched in June 2025. However, I'm doing more projects with the team and seeking to put Zeroqode on a monthly retainer.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The platform features and formal launch are the measurable outcomes of the project. The platform didn't exist before, so this is the start of user engagement with the launch of the platform.

How did Zeroqode perform from a project management standpoint?

Zeroqode's project management was excellent. The team communicated well and delivered on time. Although one of the people we were working with transitioned out of Zeroqode, which slowed the project's velocity a little, their team backfilled that person. It may have pushed the project out a few weeks, but we were also iterating on the feature set needs based on user testing feedback. Zeroqode was great at incorporating that iterative work into the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Zeroqode's willingness to be nimble and figure things out was impressive. I didn't have a designer or UI for the community platform, and they took it on willingly throughout the project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I like invoices communicated via email (vs. Slack) as it is easier to process with my internal team. I don't miss them or get to them late (like I did with Slack a few times).

e project management throughout the development of the online customer service app was highly effective and well-organized. They delivered all key milestones on time and within the agreed scope, demonstrating strong planning and execution capabilities.

Communication was clear and consistent, with regular updates that kept all stakeholders informed. They were highly responsive to our needs—quickly addressing feedback, adjusting timelines when necessary, and always keeping user experience at the forefront.

Their proactive approach and flexibility ensured the project stayed on track, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure our expectations were met. Overall, their project management contributed significantly to the success of the app.
