Rebrand the company, including name from MyWagez to Elva. The go-to-market concept was developed in conjunction with them, expanding the product offering to provide a holistic solution to peoples financial wellbeing.

This included a lot of work around the User Experience and Interface, incorporating the ability to tailor the app to an individuals need.

Work was delivered on time, if not before hand and met with an enthusiasm and dedication to the outcome that was a pleasure to experience. 

Project included strategy sessions with Zephyr providing timely summaries coupled with research to validate decisions, as well as other measurable outcomes, such as design delivery dates that were always kept to.

Delivery was on-time or even early but never slapdash. Outcomes were considered and well presented.

• STEP 2 – BRAND Zephyr helped create a brand that spoke to the British roots of the company and built a sense of trust.
• STEP 3 – DESIGN AND BUILD UX and UI Following internal workshops they sitemapped, wireframed and designed a new website.
• STEP 4 – DESIGN AND BUILD Website Build Using a wordpress backend they built a custmomizable website optimised for relevant keywords.
• STEP 5 – DIGITAL MARKETING Search Engine Optimisation Using onsite and offsite SEO, they grew the organic search profile.

It was excellent and we enjoyed working with the founder, Nick Rushton. He gave us a lot of time and meetings.

I was impressed how Zephyr spent time to really UNDERSTAND our business and what we want to get out of our online presence. They think about things in a creative and different way to a lot of agencies. They have a strong attention to detail and always meet deadlines set.

They are an excellent support and there are no major areas they could improve.

I am the owner of a second generation family-run art gallery based in the UK since 1980. Members of the Fine Art Trade Guild, our gallery showcases some of the latest original and affordable art from British artists and oustanding international talent.

Our original project was Web Design & Build from the ground up. We were in need of a new eCommerce website since our legacy site did not have the function to sell online.

The scope of the project later expaned to include Digital Strategy, Marketing and SEO.

We wanted to work with a team that understood and reflected our business. Zephyr had the knowledge and skillset to grasp the nuances of our requirements and expand upon them. From the outset their pitch stood out as innovative and exciting.

Zephyr created our digital profile from the ground up starting with the designing and building our eCommerce website. This included complex aspects of feed work from an art inventory database as well as intricate UX/UI work, email templates, Google shopping feeds.

The first stages of the project focused on the website design and build. Zephyr had a solid grasp of our requirements, sometimes even before we knew we had them! It led to a full Digital Strategy which has allowed us to grow rapidly and become a multi-channel retailer.

We worked with a number of members of Zephyr including the founders, development and design team.

The website itself has proven to be a great success. Over the past 5 years we have gone from zero online sales to just recently selling more online than any of our other channels (including our established gallery space!)

I have no doubt that this rapid growth is a result of the hard work that Zephyr put in from the beginning on a solid Digital Strategy, SEO as well as a clean and on brand web design which has proven the test of time.

SEO was one of the biggest surprise investments since our organic traffic has grown 600% since we started working with Zephyr

Many of Zephyr's scopes are ongoing, generally helping to create and implement seasonal marketing strategies across Paid Social, PPC, and SEO, and our website, then providing constructive feedback. In 2023 Zephyr helped replatform our eCommerce business from Opencart to Big Commerce successfully.
