I had a few new ideas of what I needed, and the Thrive Studio developers turned them into a working project within a few days. The original site was built in WordPress and they turned the website and its UI/UX into a fantastic platform.

The website became the leading resource of its kind on the Internet. We generated several thousand visits per day, only a few days after launching the site.

We used Trello for most communication, although we also jumped on video conference meetings as needed. We also used an online to-do list that was updated daily.

The people at Thrive Studio were both professional and organized. Yet, they were nimble and able to work with incomplete or changing requirements on a very fast-paced project.

Nothing that I know of.

Hello, I am co-founder of LOBBEE, we are using a simplified version on all famous project management softwares by integrating 3P APIs to one platform. Lobbee messages are end-to-end encrypted and securely transported, so only channel participants can see the contents.

We hired Thrive Studio Inc., for custom software development, APIs integration, and Website Development for https://www.uselobbee.com/. Our goal was to get the final product ready within the limited time and Thrive Studio successfully did that accurately.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Thrive Studio from Google Search. We got the initial quotation and project scope with timeline of completion matched with our timeline which was the main deciding factor.

We had multiple zoom sessions to finalize the scope and after the final kickoff meeting, thrive studio provided us with initial mockup of ready product. After some minor revisions we moved toward frontend and then APIs integration. The tech stack was React JS and Laravel.

I was in directly contact with Brian who was acting as project manager and I think 3-4 guys in production we involved in this project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The outcomes were tremendous and as per the scope we started doing marketing via Google Ads and during beta testing we got amazing response from our users and obviously some suggestions as well which we are currently working on.

We were having weekly meetings to discuss the process and deliverables. They use trello for management and Skype for communication. We never heard any excuse for any kind of revisions we asked for but they were little late at some points and deadlines were not met but I think that was because the scope was changed a bit.

They never say no to any job or revisions.
