There were a few unforeseen challenges that delayed the work by a day or two during the sprints but they communicated effectively and hence this helped with setting the correct expectations on our end as well.

Their communication level and the way they understood the requirements were impressive. It was very easy to get stuff done from that standpoint

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zee Palm, LLC could have done differently?

During the initial days of the project, I found it to be quite subdued. I lacked visibility and insights into the progress of the work. However, I understand that this may be inherent to the nature of the work, especially when there are no tangible artefacts for the team to showcase at that stage.

Perhaps having access to their storyboard could have provided some clarity, though I'm uncertain. Nevertheless, this was not a significant issue for me and the team compensated for this later on by granting regular information.
