Our scope of work includes onboarding venues onto the platform, configuring their entry flow (including general admission, timed reservations, and express line-skip options), and customizing pricing, capacity limits, and rules based on each venue’s operational needs. We integrate directly into the venue’s existing door process, replacing or enhancing manual line management with a fully digital system that prevents overselling, eliminates uncontrolled second lines, and ensures a smoother guest experience.

On the guest side, LinedUp offers a mobile-friendly interface where customers can reserve a spot in line ahead of time or purchase priority entry, reducing wait times and increasing satisfaction. For operators, we provide real-time dashboards to monitor demand, manage capacity, and adjust pricing dynamically. The platform also includes built-in payment processing, ticket scanning, and analytics to track performance and maximize revenue per night.

We work closely with each venue to ensure a seamless launch, including initial setup, staff training, and ongoing support. Our goal is to improve operational efficiency at the door while helping venues generate incremental revenue without adding complexity.
